Studio Cycling Instruction Philosophy

  • Lead rigorous, sensible classes that are fun & challenging for everyone
  • Simulate — as closely as possible — actual cycling training
  • Rhythm of the music used frequently to establish the cadence
  • Concentration on cycling training and base building, intervals, resistence loading, climbing, sprinting, and running in positions 1, 2 & 3; breathwork and stretching
  • Optional Energy Zone™ specific classes available: Recovery, Endurance, Strength, Interval, Race Day
  • Monitor heart rate to maximize individuals' workouts (optional)
